The Baxter County Quorum Court on Tuesday night approved the purchase of a vehicle by the Office of Emergency Management, granted the county judge permission to apply for a grant on behalf of the county fair and confirmed two appointments to the county planning board.

Prices open at $47,500 plus on-road costs for the rear-wheel-drive Laredo V6 petrol, an increase of $500, and sound out at the SRT V8 petrol that increases by $1000 to $91,000.

This is the first Grand Cherokee to wear the Trailhawk badge in Australia, which is also currently worn by the Cherokee and Renegade. In order to wear the Trailhawk badge the model must be ‘Trail Rated’ by the brand, which requires passing a number of off-road tests, including wading depth, wheel articulation and ground clearance.

The Grand Cherokee has Jeep’s latest “There and Back Guarantee” that comprises a five-year transferable warranty, lifetime roadside assistance and capped-price servicing for life if conducted by an authorised Jeep dealer.
