After a few minutes of observation, we notice essentially slightly redesigned front lights which incorporate daytime running lights with LEDs and a lower part of front barely revised with a chrome bar that runs from fog to fog.
The rear part is entitled to the same treatment with lights with revised interior design and may be a modified black rear skirt. New alloy wheels are on the Geneva trip and appear in the model catalog.
The passenger compartment also evolves very little and is satisfied with new inserts, a new steering wheel and new upholstery.
On the engines side, the 1.8 petrol TSI of 180 hp is available with a six-speed DSG box. It coexists in the range with two diesels. The TDI 150 comes with a manual gearbox or a DSG7 (in the second half), while the 184-hp TDI keeps the old six-speed DSG.
It is on the technical level that developments are most noticeable. With its 31 mm chassis and its all-wheel drive automatic transmission, it can go off the beaten track if necessary.
