Skoda has released a few details of the Karoq: its full-led headlamps (option) and its C-shaped headlamps (standard). On these first images without camouflage tape from Mlada Boleslav we also see the center console of the compact SUV. There we see an automatic parking brake, a touch screen multimedia system and a small piece of digital instrument board. We also know the dimensions (4.38 meters long) and the engines planned for this Yeti replacement in the Skoda range.
And that does not stop at all, because of the extra price, a VarioFlex rear seat is available. It is slidable, allowing you to vary the contents of the case between 479 and 588 liters. By completely removing the three seats, which can also be done separately, you can increase the load volume even up to 1,810 liters.
Škoda has provided the Karoq with a brand new dashboard, which has been completely redesigned. Around the new dashboard, you’ll discover your ambient lighting in thin light strips as well as above the four doors. The digital instrumentation, infotainment system and the four air gratings complete the picture.
The dimensions are now also announced. The Karoq measures 4.38 meters in length. The wheelbase provides 2.64 meters with all conditions for comfortable driving and no luggage volume: 521 to 1,630 liters. Optionally, the three rear seats can be shifted separately for maximum flexibility.
