A thousand diamonds and two months of work have indeed been necessary for Paolo Travaglia (Technical Manager of the Rolls-Royce laboratory) and his team, to realize this unique shade applied on the upper part of the vehicle and called “Diamond Stardust”.
Besides multiple preliminary tests, the painting process alone claimed three days of work. The paint has been applied by hand, with the application of an additional layer of varnish before complete polishing. And the red edges are as always handmade.
The bi-toner body is light gray and dark gray. The sides are underlined by a red and black line. A red band also decorates the center of the 21-inch wheels. In the cockpit, the front part receives a black leather upholstery while the front seats are gray leather, red stitching being common to both compartments. A “Tartan” checked fabric completes the upholstery.
