Land Rover will begin the pre-sale regime of the new Discovery starting this Monday (20) in its network of 35 dealers in Brazil, with the deliveries of the first units and the actual sales of the model here begin in a way From 29 June.
All versions will be offered with two V6 3.0 engines, with the turbodiesel of 258 hp and 61,2 kgfm the ready delivery and the gasoline of 340 hp and 45,9 kgfm only to order. With the first option, the new Discovery goes from 0 to 100 km / h in 8.1 seconds, time that drops to 7.1 seconds with the gasoline engine.
Speaking of powertrains, Discovery will be offered primarily with the 3.0 V6 turbo diesel engine capable of delivering 258 hp of power and 61.1 kg of torque, the same used by the previous generation. The gearbox is always eight-speed automatic and the traction is integral. The 3.0 V6 turbocharged petrol engine can also be ordered to order and delivers 340 hp and 45.9 kgfm.
Highlight for the head and legroom as well as for the trunk, with a capacity of 926 liters with a row of seats folded and 2,038 liters with two rows. The new Discovery also faces better floods, with 20 cm more (900 mm) of maximum immersion. The towing capacity is 3,500 kg.
