M5 Price Leaks For U.S. Market: $102,600

That would be it’s price. Now let’s go on record and say that nobody expected the 5er to come cheap, but a leaked order form for a 2018 M5 that’s been posted to BMW fan site Bimmer Post shows us that it’ll surpass the six figure mark and wade further into that region than we’d like it to once options come into play. That’s not exactly a big surprise given that its closest competitor, the Mercedes-AMG E63 S, starts at a hefty $104,000.

Limited to just 400 cars wordwide, BMW Australia today confirmed we would see five of those cars in Australia in the second quarter of 2018, they will be priced from $229,900.

“It’s combination of awesome power and torque, switchable four-wheel drive system, innovative technologies and the ability to carry five passengers in comfort is truly unique.

The 2018 BMW M5 First Edition is a bit of a gem considering what it has going for it: M Sport exhaust, 20-inch wheels, Piano Black trim, Apple CarPlay phone mirroring, Bowers & Wilkins Diamond surround sound audio, BMW Individual trim pieces, the M Driver’s Package, and so forth.
