This is that car. Created by Lamborghini’s personalisation team – the Ad Personam division, a bit like Jag’s SVO – it references the colours and spec of the original Miura cars. So, the upper body is one colour, while the lower part is a contrast tone. You get the option of six classic Miura colours, including Rosso Arancio Miura, Verde Scandal and Blu Tahiti.
What else? Staggered 20/21-inch Dione wheels available in either matt gold or silver, a metallic Miura badge on the side and back, a custom leather interior with the carbonfibre pack as standard, and of course, more Miura-recalling stitching inside.
The Aventador rides on 20-inch (front) and 21-inch (rear) Dione alloy wheels, offered in either matt silver or gold finish. Other elements distinguishing the Aventador Miura from the standard Aventador include a badge on the side and black Lamborghini legend on the rear. A limited-edition build plate is fixed inside the car.
Buyers can order the car in either Nero Ade or Terra Emilia leather, each with coordinated stitching and complemented by carbon-fibre trim. A ‘Miura 50th’ logo is stitched to the upper part of the seats in gold or silver, depending on the external colour scheme. Lamborghini lettering is embroidered in the leather dashboard.
For interior options, two colors are available: full Nero Ade or Terra Emilia leather with tone-on-tone stitching and carbon fiber package as standard. Stitched into the upper part of the seats in gold or silver is the Miura 50th logo while the “Lamborghini” lettering has been embroidered on the leather dash.
Those attending the 2016 Goodwood Festival of Speed will be able to check out the Lamborghini Aventador Miura Homage in person.
