The heir to the C3 Picasso minivan is an intriguing 415 cm (just over one-third) crossover pointing to a youthful image and habitability. On the front of the Citroën C3 Aircross, daytime running lights are thin and connected to the house’s logo, while the headlights are lower below, embedded in the bumper.
The wheel arches are underlined by dark plastic profiles but curiously lacking the side airbags (the Airbump), which instead characterize C3 and C4 Cactus. Wide customization options: the original “Venetian” (choice in white, silver or orange) back side glasses are in the Color packages (200 euros, free on the Shine), including the roof bars, the caps of the mirrors, headlight profiles and the center profile of the rims in the same color. There is also the metallic varnish (650 euros) and the roof in contrast color (black, white or orange, at 400 euros).
In the rugged segment of compact Suvs, the French House does not pull back and proposes a crossland X cousin model. Three outfits (Live, Feel and Shine) with standard equipment in line with rivals, starting from emergency aid systems with emergency braking.
The Citroen C3 Aircross will be on sale at the weekend of October 21 and 22 at prices that for the tip model, the 1,600 cc with 100 cv diesel is 19,750 euros in the “intermediate” Feel and 21,500 euros for that top Shine based on a price list starting from a “base” price of 15,500 euros for 1,200 cc at 82 hp gasoline, among other things the “unmanageable” motor for the newcomers.
