Hyundai has carried out winter road tests with its first high-performance model: the i30 N. With a launch planned for Europe in the second half of 2017, the i30 N will be the third model in the i30 range after the launch of the 5-door January and the i30 Wagon at the Geneva Motor Show in March. Hyundai’s first N-Series combines experience in motorsport and the development of high performance cars, delivering on-road and off-road driving pleasure in an affordable, high-performance car.
The last teaser will not allow to appreciate more cosmetically since the prototype illustrated retains all layers of camouflage not betraying its deck hardware and body appendages.
Hyundai unveiled in part the i30 N with images of a frozen lake session with Thierry Neuville driving. The Belgian rally driver was able to try a camouflaged prototype of the sports sedan. He was able to judge the work of the engineers on the gearbox and the differential. The i30 N will be the 3rd variant of the i30 model and the 1st of the N family synonymous with sports for the Korean brand.
