It heads a new four-model strong facelifted i3 line-up set to make its public debut at the upcoming Frankfurt motor show. Sales have kicked off now, with prices for the range starting at £34,070. The i3s starts at £36,975.
For all out-performance models, we can expect to see the new BMW M8 GTE created for endurance racing. Plus, the already announced BMW M5. The company will have a massive exhibition space covering an area of over 10,500 square metres that includes a circuit around 150 metres long.
Marking the i3s out aesthetically from the standard car are 20-inch two-tone alloy wheels, while style options for the i3s include a contrasting black bonnet and jet black alloys for those who favour a little more road presence.
Following its public debut at the Frankfurt show in September, the new model will be rolled out into global markets from November. Aussie details are yet to be finalised.
